1. Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day on which the goods were received, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right, submit the withdrawal form in your customer account, or send an unequivocal statement to the contact address above. We acknowledge receipt of the statement.

2. Effects of withdrawal

1. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day
2. you informed us of the withdrawal.
3. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, no
4. later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold
5. the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
6. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless
7. agreed otherwise.
8. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless stated otherwise.
9. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling
10. beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

3. Statutory exceptions

Certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law, for example sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. The specific exceptions applicable to this catalogue: LEGAL_DATA_REQUIRED

4. Goods not in conformity with the contract

Separately from withdrawal, you may make a claim if the goods are not in conformity with the contract. Depending on the circumstances you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

5. How to submit a claim

Open your order in the customer account and choose "Request return", or contact support. Please include the order number and a description of the issue.
